Shan Yao Hong Zao Pork Bone Soup
300g pork ribs
75g Shan Yao
8 Hong Zao
3 slices of ginger
1 tablespoon salt
6 cups of water
How to cook: Wash all ingredients. Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients, simmer for about 1 hour and add salt for seasoning.
