Tilapia Pepper Soup
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
1 sprig spring onion (sectioned)
2 slices of ginger
12g white pepper
1 tablespoon salt
6 cups of water
How to cook: Remove the fish gills and marinate with Chinese rice wine, ginger and salt. Wash all ingredients. Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients, simmer for about 40 minutes and add salt for seasoning.
